The Maine Coon is a lonhair that is sweet, playful, and highly intelligent. They are rather indipendent, but will still gladly have some human interaction. They might vocalize a little, but not too much as to be annoying. They are rather large when up to full size, being larger than some dogs. These cats are also considered the oldest native cat breed in the United States.
